Dude, you couldn't be more right. That early stuff is amazing roots American blues with the Allmans already bringing their unique sound to it. Want a really good but much overlooked compilation?

Really choice stuff, much of which is Duane's session work with incredible artists (Clarence Carter, Wilson Pickett, Aretha Franklin, Boz Scaggs and Delaney & Bonnie to name a few).

And for those who may not know. The earliest Fleetwood Mac shit was the real blues too! CHECK IT OUT!

When I 1st heard early FM, courtesy of my older bro, I thought he was joking. There I was, listening to authentic foot-stompin' blues and he says guess who? Fleetwood Mac! I was blown away.

If you think GD went soft after '74, the change FM underwent makes disco Dead look like Robert Johnson.

Hey, thanks for that. I did not know. My brother has been trading huge amounts of music on lala.com, so I'll have to ask if he's seen or has this....
